Moving from the Northeast, we thought we would never see a basement home again and then we stumbled upon Maracay homes. Besides being affordable and gorgeous, they offer basements! After our visit to the homesites, we fell in love with this homebuilder and now have to find a way to get the home building process started which may take a few years.
